01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phljoy", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the legal entity operating the phljoy online gaming platform at phljoy.net, duly licensed by PAGCOR under the Philippine Internet Gaming Operator (PIGO) framework.
• "Platform" refers to the phljoy website at phljoy.net, including all games, features, content, tools, and services made available through it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phljoy Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered player account created on the Platform following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any gameplay on the Platform conducted using funds deposited into or credited to a Player's Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, welcome bonuses, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by phljoy.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process phljoy is required to conduct under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating and licensing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the only currency accepted for Real Money Play on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phljoy Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the phljoy Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phljoy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on phljoy, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory PAGCOR regulatory requirement. No exceptions apply.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during all Real Money Play sessions.
• You are not a resident of or physically present in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing phljoy Account (whether active, dormant, suspended, or closed).
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a phljoy employee, in any capacity related to Platform operations.
• You have not been previously self-excluded or excluded by phljoy from the Platform on a permanent basis.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

04 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access Real Money Play on phljoy, you must complete the registration process and pass KYC verification. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address registered in your own name.

4.1 KYC Documents Required

phljoy will request the following documents to complete KYC verification before enabling withdrawals:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID confirming your identity and date of birth. Accepted documents include: Philippine Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Voter's ID, Driver's Licence, or PhilSys National ID.
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate.
• Additional documents may be requested in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, particularly for high-value accounts or unusual transaction patterns.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. phljoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where false, misleading, or unverifiable information has been provided. Any funds in such an Account may be forfeited subject to regulatory review.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phljoy Account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. phljoy employs technical and procedural controls to detect multi-accounting, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be permanently suspended.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phljoy Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• You must notify phljoy immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• phljoy will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• phljoy strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account via SMS OTP.
• You must not use public or shared computers or unsecured Wi-Fi networks to access your phljoy Account.
• phljoy staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

phljoy accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) only. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are detailed on the Cashier page within your Account.

Deposits are credited to your Account wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. phljoy does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your verified phljoy Account. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. phljoy aims to process GCash withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) hours under standard operating conditions; processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount as stated in the Cashier section of the Platform.
• phljoy reserves the right to conduct additional AML checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by PAGCOR and Philippine law.
• Bonus Funds cannot be directly withdrawn; only winnings generated from fulfilled wagering requirements on Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• In the event of a technical error or game malfunction that resulted in an incorrect balance, phljoy reserves the right to adjust Account balances accordingly prior to processing a withdrawal.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on phljoy are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). phljoy does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

phljoy offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as the specific terms applicable to each individual offer, which are published alongside the promotion on the Platform.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed KYC verification unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap (if any). Players are responsible for reading and understanding these specific terms before claiming any offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the offer's expiry date will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• phljoy reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus credits and related winnings if phljoy has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion is being abused, including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or collusion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.

08 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the phljoy Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games are determined by the RNG system and are not subject to manipulation by phljoy or any third party.

• Each game has individual rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before wagering real money.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or interruption during active gameplay, phljoy will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a technical fault, affected bets will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Account wallet.
• phljoy reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of a software error, RNG malfunction, or exploitation of a game defect.
• Live casino game outcomes are final once declared by the dealer. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phljoy Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to mask your true location or circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting for bonus collection, matched betting using phljoy bonuses, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or RNG.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party or using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct transactions that phljoy or its payment processors have reasonable grounds to believe are connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform if you are a minor (under 21 years of age), or allowing or facilitating a minor's access to the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the phljoy Platform — including but not limited to the phljoy name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phljoy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without phljoy's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phljoy's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phljoy Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• phljoy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of the Platform.
• phljoy does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• phljoy is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages that are beyond phljoy's reasonable control.
• Gambling carries inherent financial risk. phljoy is not liable for any financial losses you incur through gameplay on the Platform, including losses resulting from informed decisions to wager real money.

12 Responsible Gaming

phljoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and in the genuine interest of player welfare. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Decreases take effect immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of your net session win/loss position.

phljoy strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will permanently close any Account found to be held by a person under the required age. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance. phljoy's customer support team is trained to assist with responsible gaming concerns sensitively and confidentially.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

phljoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Confirmed or suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any Bonus Funds and pending investigation of any disputed amounts) will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and AML checks. Closure timelines may vary depending on the reason for closure.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting phljoy customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any open bets at the time of a voluntary closure request will be settled according to normal game rules before the Account is closed.

14 Amendments to Terms

phljoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phljoy will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or by posting an update notice on the Platform with the effective date of the revised terms.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure per the procedure in Section 13.

The date displayed at the top of this document indicates when these Terms & Conditions were last updated. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at phljoy.net/terms-conditions.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the phljoy Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila, unless otherwise required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory procedure.

Nothing in this clause prevents phljoy from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights, including its intellectual property rights.

For any questions, concerns, or complaints regarding these Terms & Conditions or your phljoy Account, please contact our customer support team through the following channels:

• Email: [email protected] — for non-urgent enquiries and formal written complaints. Please include your registered username and a description of your issue. Response times are within 24 hours on business days.

phljoy operates a formal complaints procedure. Upon receipt of a written complaint, phljoy will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within five (5) business days. Where a complaint requires additional investigation, phljoy will communicate an estimated resolution timeline.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phljoy's internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with their published regulatory complaint procedures. phljoy will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.
